Faulty Product Returns

You may return any product that is faulty within 3 months (90 days) from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a faulty-product return:

  • The item must be faulty due to a manufacturing defect

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Photos or videos showing the fault may be required to speed up processing

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product

  • A repair (if applicable)

  • A full refund

There are no restocking fees for faulty items.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications

  • Products that have been tampered with or dismantled
